Private, gated, and custom-built on Sunset Beach point—roughly 5,000 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, and very big ocean views.
The chef’s kitchen and open living space spill onto wide lanais, so inside and outside are basically the same room. Gardens, outdoor shower, and a private path straight onto the beach.
Quiet and genuinely private, with some of the best surf in the world a few steps away.

Worth knowing
January is big-wave season. Lessons usually move to sheltered water such as Puaʻena Point. Pipeline is best watched from the sand.
